We have designed a plethora of features specifically for hotel bookings. On top of our world class restaurant booking system, the following features have been incorporated
into TablePath to make it much easier for hotel staff to manage bookings:

Booking limits for resident & non-resident
Limit the amount of non-residents that can make a booking per timeslot.

						Bookings for resident only
Booking links can be given to residents, that allow them make a reservation but not non-residents.

guest portal and pre-stay email links allow residents make dining and activity reservations prior to their stay.

						Bookings for activities

Payment card holds for non-resident only
Request payment cards for non-residents making a booking and have no payment card requirement for residents.

Booking deposits for non-resident only *
Request booking deposits for non-residents making a booking and have no payments requirement for residents.

						Booking periods
Designate different booking periods for residents and non-residents, to allow residents make bookings many months in advance but restrict non-resident bookings to a shorter period.
